We have a spark plug laboratory in our company’s final assembly plant, test ability meets ISO 11565:2016 17 test requirements and 3 OE level tests. Equipment test items are loading life of the incorporated resistor, thermal gas tightness,tear-off resistance of the high voltage terminal, withstand voltage of the Spark Plug, electrode cold and hot shock, withstand voltage of the Insulator, insulator bending, Dielectric Oscilloscope, vibration, resistor HT load test. The diversification of equipment can understand the functionality of products from multiple aspects and angles while improving product quality.
